AI YOUTH EDUCATION SOCIETY (AI!YES)
The establishment of the Singapore Artificial Intelligence Youth Education Society (AIYES) is a noteworthy initiative aimed at promoting the education and development of young individuals in the field of artificial intelligence. By leveraging the resources of various educational institutions worldwide, AIYES can facilitate international cooperation on educational projects, providing significant benefits for both students and educators.
The exchange of educational resources between students and teachers enables access to a broader range of materials and resources, thereby enhancing the quality of education. Student project competitions create a platform for students to showcase their computational thinking and creativity, offering opportunities for collaboration and networking. Professional talent training and development foster the growth of the next generation of AI experts who can contribute to the advancement of the industry.
Furthermore, cross-border collaborations between governments, industries, and educational institutions can promote the development of AI technologies and encourage innovation. AI Youth Education Resource Platform
- Develop AI and related alliances such as governments, associations, and corporations Integrate resources from the government (AI Singapore), universities (NUS, NTU, SUTD, etc.), and industry institutions to build cross-disciplinary artificial intelligence education resources
- Organize cross border AI and related activities such as seminars, dialogues, exchanges, etc. Collaborate with overseas international organizations and related institutions, such as China, the United States, the United Kingdom, etc., to promote international cooperation
AI Youth Development Program
- Based on lifelong learning and aimed at cultivating future talents, the establishment of an AI Youth Development Program will provide scholarships, internships, and university recommendation services.
- Cooperate with government and industry institutions, and link with international, domestic university talents and technology incubation service networks represented by NUS ENTERPRISE to promote youth career development and education
AI Youth Education Community
- Cooperate with the community to establish a public activity base for AI youth education in Singapore - develop professional volunteers to guide community, families and youths to participate in AI related activities
