The Fast-Track Manager program has been designed as a response to those companies that are broadening their horizons. It prepares individuals to adapt and cope with managing people and business in a new and evolving marketplace. Our approach has been modeled upon highly functional internationals and supported by doctoral research findings. The program identifies the strategies and processes of successful managers. It focuses on the management and relationship issues that promote business penetration and performance.
